The paper is pretty good but the force field analysis should talk about available resources/strengths of the community too and then state whether the strengths are more or the drawbacks. This paper did not talk about resources/strengths of the community. Otherwise it is up to the level I expected. I would appreciate if these changes can be made. Thank you for the help.
