I thought the paper was good after several revisions. However, my first draft was not up the standards that I needed. I did call customer service and the live agents did their upmost in making sure, the corrections were made. The scholarly references that I needed, where from a while back and I needed current references. The writing team did finish the second draft by the time I needed.

Pretty good paper but too expensive.
