We paid a premium price for an urgent turnaround 630 was missed (extension granted) 1130 missed (extension granted) 9am deadline missed and final was 1054am as the word count was breached too We intend on using a service like this more but we don't feel like we also got the urgency we paid for and in fact had just 6 mins to attach a cover sheet and make our deadline meaning we couldn't proof read ourselves Please apply some form of refund to the premium paid for repeated failures
