I did not receive the table of content and no numbered sub scripts for end notes in numeric order for endnotes were received. The author should have put the publisher and the four-digit year of the KJV. There are no resources quoted by the writer for the author. #1. For example in the introduction [Hindson 15], there is no 4 -digit date so I don't know if he means 1915 0r 2015. #2. The person who wrote this paper did not give me any references to the author's first and last name.
