For the most part, nicely done. Since you're not a US writer, if you could use a grammar app to check your finished work you would get five stars for all your future work. (for example your fourth sentence, "the health of the workers since they all citizens depends on this personnel for security purpose" is not good US language usage. A grammar app would have caught this). Your references page (7) is excellent work.
