Writer tried to address all aspects of the essay, but it's clear that the writer hasn't been trained in US style of writing. Language was clunky and some sentences made no sense. This is a person for who English is not a first language and it shows. The logic of the paper was also shaky in places. But even though I had to rewrite large sections of the paper, it gave me a base to refer to.
