Very pleased with the service provided.

I initially asked to cancel my order and take the 30% hit on my payment. They insisted on me giving the access to my book for them to still do the paper. after i declined a few times they asked again until i gave screen shots of the book. Once the paper was completed, i told them that the paper was not 4 FULL pages long. They replied to me that the paper was 1100 words as requested and more work would be another payment. after a checked the paper it was only 1060 words which is still not 1100.
